Hello fellow roller-coaster riders,
I think we are on the track that goes up now - maybe. I sat by the phone all day waiting for a call from the doctor (supposedly at 10:00), six hours later I got the call saying that they were going to do the surgery Friday (that would be this Friday) - maybe - if they could get an operating room which they won't know for sure until noon tomorrow which I believe is Thursday! If I'm not mistaken, we are back to where we were about a week ago. We have been praying for surgery sooner rather than later so we are thankful for the news. Please pray for peace as even though we are very thankful and this is what we wanted, it is a very long and serious surgery and has our nerves a little on edge. I am holding on to the Bible verse from Philippians 4:7 which says: "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
I will hopefully let you know FOR SURE if he will be having surgery on Friday and at what time. PLEASE KEEP PRAYING!
Until tomorrow...

Wally And Sheri,
I wanted you to know that there are people praying out here who do not normally pray. I figure God will get a kick out of hearing a new voice now and then.
I also want you to know that we have some special Lambert Bridge put aside that we are planning on sharing with you both.
Much love,
Todd and Sheryl
Today when I learned what Wally and family are going through I was deeply depressed. Wally has been a friend of mine for many years; competitors yes, but always friends. My family has personal experience with what Wally and his family is going through right now.
We can not always explain all the challenges that we have in our lives but we know that GOD does have plans for each and every one of us. Wally and his family are being challenged right now.
As we all pray for his complete recovery we do so knowing that GOD loves us all. We do so knowing that Wally is one of the "good-guys" and and we do so knowing that he and his family are so very deserving of a heavenly miracle.
Wally, we love you! You and your family are in my families prayers. Keep smiling (as you always do) and I look forward to seeing you again and taking that boat ride you promised me.......Joe
We know you are in good hands Wally. We are thinking about you and your family everyday. Keep smiling!
